  1. Which API you are using? (Example -Sales Order, Sales Lead, Jobs,etc)
  2. What are you trying to achieve with your integration? (Example - Send data to your CRM or non-support accounting package)
  3. What error codes are you receiving?
  4. Any other details you feel might be relevant.

⏲️You can expect a response time of 48-72 hrs for API issues because of the extremely technical nature.

If our Support team cannot help resolve your issue - it will get escalated to a member of our product team.
