How to hide the thumbnail image in proof emails

Sometimes people reply to the proof emails sent from shopVOX, instead of using the online system. If you notice this from your customers, you may want to disable the proof thumbnail image in your outgoing emails.

How to turn off the thumbnail image in proof emails

  1. Go to PCS Settings > Settings
  2. Click the Edit Button
  3. Uncheck the setting "Show proof thumbnail in email"
  4. Click "Update Settings" to save the changes.
