You might want to link into shopVOX with another application.
ShopVOX comes with an open API where in you can integrate and post/retrieve data for the objects allowed by the API. What does API actually mean? API stands for... Application Programming Interface. At some point or another, most large companies have built APIs for their customers, which we have done for you!
You can use this documentation and integrate to shopVOX from any other web based system. Your IT resources should be able to read this documentation and understand how to integrate different aspects of shopVOX.
