It is not currently possible to send a Quote and Proof for review in a single email because our Quote Review and Proof Review are two separate funcitons.
Why is the system designed this way?
Sign shops and print shops are more profitable and efficient when following sound business practices.
It's best practice to capture a confirmed order or at least an artwork deposit from your customer before you are completing any designs or sending any proofs. We recommend a deposit 100 percent of the time.
What are the best options for sending a quote + proof to my customer?
- Create a Job and Upload Your Proof
- Upload the Proof as an Asset and attach to the Quote Email
