In QB desktop go to ...
Customers > Customer Center > Excel > Export Customer List
Open this file in Excel and then delete the first tab only.
PLEASE SAVE THE FILE AS IS AND DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE FILE AFTER YOU DO THE ABOVE.
