Instructions on how to set this up

Here are a few steps on how to get this working.  You need to have access to the back-end of your website and then add some details that will allow the shopVOX cProtal to be hosted on your website...and Voila!  Have Your branding!

Step One

Go to your hosting provider (Godaddy, etc.) and go to the area where you manage the DNS settings for your hostname.

The following screenshots will be using a Godaddy account.

Step Two

Under the Records section, choose the option to create a new record:

Add a new record and set the host/name to “portal” and the destination IP address to “162.209.89.11”:

Step Three

Click Save

Click Save, and that should be it. Your Web Host provider will send the information to our technical team.  Once we’ve received the SSL cert & key and performed the necessary configuration changes on our side, all should be working.
